Residency Deposit
This is a non-refundable holding deposit and cannot be applied to the cost of the residency. Upon arrival at The Verdancy Project, this deposit will act as a security deposit for any damages to the studio, tools or land that may occur. It will be returned (less damages) at the end of the residency.
