Hi, I'm Shannon. I am an artist, writer, and a steward of creativity and community. I started The Verdancy Project in 2020 to give creatives a place to connect with the land, themselves, and their creative practice. I host residencies, events, workshops, bespoke publishing, and any other wild idea that sparks my interest.

Happening on the Land

Our Residency Program
Our residency is merit-based and open to any discipline, not just visual artists. Musicians, writers, dancers, and scientists have all worked here. There's no expectation of output. It's time and space to slow down, reflect, and let the work come when it's ready.
